So much better than the arrival, pick up spot on time, pick ups all done nearby and quicker and only an hour to JFK. Staff member much more professional.

Awful experience, I lost the shuttle because no one send me the details of time of pickup. I called Viator and they promised to send me the details but never even contacted Go Airlink NYC as I found out 2 hours later. I had to find another last minute option to go the airport and almost lost my flight.
