Easy to book and contact for pick up time. Driver very professional Only problem I had .. the company must have known President was in town and traffic would be bad. Too ages to get to airport , neatly 2 and half hours.

I used Go Airlink NYC for the hotel transfer to JFK and I got an upgrade. I paid for a shared transfer but, as there were no other passengers for that day at that time, they sent me a private driver for the same price!!! And he had a full electric Tesla car...all to me. Thank you very much to the Go Airlink NYC team because they are effective and kind. I recommend it, it's simple and cheap.
