Excellent service from private residence to EWR. Mario (driver) arrived on time and was helpful and pleasant. Was concerned after reading some of the other reviews but I couldn’t fault the service. I would use it again.

Excellent service...I had the pleasure of using Go Airlink NYC on Jan 6th, 2020 from Manhatten to LGA...as someone who is in the service industry also...I appreciate it when I see a driver that takes pride in what he is doing...not only was he on time for my wife and myself...the vehicle was clean inside and out..which includes the windows...which is something I haven't seen very often..most times they are covered with hand and fingerprints from previous fares...the driver had jazz music playing through the audio system from his phone...he also took his time to make sure to pick up customers who might be running late...and not leave without giving a reasonable amount of time and also checking with his dispatch before moving on to his next pickup...which happened more than once during the time we rode to LGA. He drove in a responsible and safe manner...at no point in time did I fear for my life...something I have experienced more than once with other car or shuttle services in my travels around the world. I would definitely recommend GO Airlink NYC and will book with them when in need of a shuttle in NYC.
