Trying to get a refund for the ride that never showed up ! I had to book a cab and arrived late at my gate 🧐🤬I used the service upon arrival on Thursday Jan 18 , and had severe delays finding my driver .46.15 might be too good to be true 🤯

The service was great. There were no available shuttles for the slot I booked so the shuttle company upgraded me to a private car. I traveled from the airport in a shared shuttle and it was timely and convenient
