After reading some reviews I was slightly worried that the shuttle wouldn't turn up! I was told the driver would collect us at 5.40am and he did! Easy transfer back to the airport and no complaints. Thank you

Unreliable and very confusing. At JFK I looked for the GoAirlink white and green vans, but did not see one for me. They seem to operate under 3 names - GoAirlink, My Sedan and Twin America, making it very difficult to identify a confirming call when it comes in. Returning to JFK I waited in the designated pick-up spot but the driver never came. I called twice. Eventually a car arrived, after I had waited in the cold on that un-sheltered corner for one hour. They told me I was being "upgraded" to a private car at not extra cost. I will not use them again.

Recently, I used GO Airlink NYC to schedule a shuttle bus ride on 12/3/2023 to take me from Lower Manhattan to the American Airlines terminal at JFK. Everything about the service was first rate: The driver texted me that he had arrived early and would wait for me outside of my apartment building; When a shuttle bus was not available for my trip, GO Airlink NYC dispatched a private SUV limo to pick me up and take me to the airport; The driver was friendly and courteous; and We made record time getting to JFK. I recommend GO Airlink NYC to anyone seeking fast, dependable and reasonably priced car service and will continue to use them when I need transportation to JFK.
