Excellent service to and from my hotel in Manhattan to Newark Airport. First time using this airport shuttle. Punctual, affordable and stress free. I will be using this service from now on for my annual trips to Manhattan. The driver was the nicest guy. Willingly assisted with my luggage. Highly recommend using Go Airlink NYC.

I arrived EWR (Newark airport) on the 27th of DEC at 4 pm. We waited 3 hours before pick up. Somebody had waited more then 4 hours... TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!. The excuse was (1) it is Holiday season - well X-mas is same time every year - should not shock GO AIRLINK (2) the trafic is intense in the afternoon - everybody knows that. It means to have to put more cars in service at this time !!!. No valid excuse at all! I will NEVER use GO AIRLINK again! The Ground Transportation desk crew did the best to solve the problem. Not there fault!

We had reservations for this shuttle service to pick us up Christmas Day. We thought they would be prompt but their driver was over an hour from the time we checked in. We had reservations and we told him this and he responded that he didnā€™t care and swore at us when we were adamant that we needed to leave quickly. After the rude treatment we didnā€™t ride with this company but instead took a taxi ... the roads were empty it was quick, no excuse could be seen for why we wanted we waited so long or why the dispatcher couldnā€™t reach him either when we called 30 minutes into our wait. The person never apologized. To add insult to injury they charged my credit card and hung up on me when I called to repeat the issue and get a refund. Now I get to call my credit card company to deal with a rude and unprofessional company. Please, save yourself the headache ... use the trains, uber, Lyft or a taxi before this company. We will be using the train on the way home, anything to avoid dealing with this company!!!! Plus it will be faster.
