Shuttle service from JFK to Grand Central Station. Driver very professional and dispatch worked diligently to get me to destination after multiple airline delays getting to JFK. GoAirlink made that part of my trip very comfortable! Will use again! Thank you.

The driver was really doing his best to get me on time to the airport, as the traffic was crazy and I was kind of stressed out. It took 2 hours to get to the airport. In the end I don't understand why they didn't plan my pickup a little earlier, but that's obviously not the drivers fault. Also not covenient for me that I had to call them for a pickup appointment as it costs me a lot of money to call from a Dutch Phone nummer.
