Booked thro viator but have to contact airlink NYC to arrange date and time who then give u a ref no for driver, however driver wouldn't accept this and needed proof of payment WTF?? My fone didn't work in USA so couldn't download driver just kept on harping on how he will be in trouble etc I asked him just to sort it at airport where there is WiFi and I would check my emails eventually a passenger lend me her fone and I was able to "prove" I had paid, driver had no interest in foning office or accepting ref no. Bus was cramped badly hurt my leg and passenger had to keep asking driver to open window. Nightmare on Penn Street....

Not bad... however, they left my parents. The driver came in before the designated pick up time. Literally walked in and walked out and didn’t ask the guest services in the hotel to call. If they say pickup is 8.25 it’s more like 8.00 you can’t go by their pick time.

Lenny G #1432 was great! Pleasant, talkative, kind, and courteous. Showed up on time and I was at the airport way before time of departure.
