Our driver was courteous and prompt. He shared some interesting traffic facts and navigated the congested city streets with skill. As we approached the Lincoln Tunnel he told us to have our cameras ready for a view of Manhattan. We arrived at the airport easily and ahead of schedule.

Super friendly, skilled, and professional driver! Arrived at the airport by the promised time (I always give myself an extra hour to avoid stress. You can put the time of your flight or a slightly earlier time if you tend to stress like me). It was 1/4 of the Uber price I paid from the airport to the hotel! Will use this company next time I visit NYC.

The company did not show up on Friday 29 November.. When I called them they said that I was not known in their computer. Despite confirmation by Viator with reference number and booking number. I want my money back..
