We were picked up from a hotel in transit to JFK. The driver forced us to sit in tiny seats on the back of the van. Two of our family members are larger men. She was not accommodating or helpful. One of our family members even got sick from claustrophobia from the tightness of space. We had to ride with carry-on bags in our laps. Not accommodating at all.

The driver arrived 40 mins late than scheduled to pick me up. Then upon arrival, the driver took another 15 minutes for a restroom break, then another 7 mins. to call the office before pulling off, then made another stop to pick another person and spend 7 mins.calling the office again until I started yelling about my time and late arrival to the airport.

When I Booked this thought Trip Advisor I made a mistake for the Airport, I thought that there was only the JFK at New York but mine was for Newark, so when I phoned up the Company as requested the kind Lady pointed out my mistake and changed it for me as / the email that was sent back to me (Good Morning, Your voucher is received for 4:50 PM pickup to EWR. Thank You Vishal Narain 1430 Broadway NYC 212-812-2703 ext 220 [email protected]) but when the Bus arrive & we had the Luggage on & ourselves the Driver questioned me saying that I had the wrong Ticket & refused to even look at the email then after him being on the Phone for 10 minutes(he had my details on his iPad) he asked to see the email then was on the phone again then handed the phone back & just drove off without saying anything. I know it was my own fault so make sure that you enter the correct details. The Shuttle Bus itself was a 10 seater & had plenty of room for all of us.
