Our driver was very knowledgeable and worked us around a road closure, still arriving at the airport on time.

The driver never showed up (and according the Hyatt Hotel bellman, this company is notorious for leaving travelers stranded. When I called to find out where the shuttle was (15 min. past the hour/pick up time), they said my driver was on his way. Almost 40 min. past the hour, I got a cab (luckily I planned ahead with more than ample time to get to JFK). When I called and asked for a refund, they told me I should have just waited around till the NEXT hour (an hour past my pickup time) and gotten that shuttle (so I guess my driver was NOT on his way like they originally said). They refused to give me a refund.

More economical than cab and was prompt. Little mix up over whether printed ticket was required and departure time but phone call cleared that up. Phone operator very polite.
