I reserved a shared ride to LaGuardia airport and was very impressed as a first time user of GO Airline NYC.! The driver and van showed up actually 10 minutes early and I was the last pick up in the city. The driver was very helpful with my 2 suitcases and I got to sit in the front passenger seat and I was also the first to be dropped off at the JetBlue terminal. Along the route the driver pointed out some interesting sites where movies had been filmed and overall he was very friendly and courteous. I know this almost sounds too good to be true, but I was very impressed with this service. It was recommended by a friend who had recently used it and she, too, was very pleased. I hope others will be as fortunate as I was.

I used this service for the first time. I know there are a lot of mixed reviews and got to see some frustration at the airport on the timing of the shuttles. I think it's best to take the shuttle from the airport if you aren't in a rush to get anywhere, and if you plan to take it from the Hotel to the airport, I would recommend ample buffer time just in case. My experience was on Thursday, November 14th at the Newark Airport. The desk was easy to find once hitting lower ground floor for all the shared ride services. The staff were friendly and were accommodating in my early arrival. Got on the next shuttle out to the hotel. The driver was courteous and dropped everyone off (4 stops) within an hour, which was an hour earlier than estimated in the booking. I got the chance to also use the edit booking feature as I did not realize I had punched in the wrong hotel address the first time around, they were able to accommodate this change for me without any problems. Overall, great experience. I'd take GO Airlink again. It's affordable and it was a nice experience. Safe and convenient.

Somebody was supposed to pick me up at 10.30 am, at 11.20 am I had to take an Uber, otherwise, I will miss my flight. I called the company once, and they hanged up on me. I opened a chat, and they closed it. I chat again, and they promised me a refund. The stress and the inconvenience the created was unnecessary. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this service.
