none due to given wrong pick up time from hotel to JFK which ruined our final day, also at airport after arrival had to phone and arrange pick up, took more than two hours to get to Rui Plaza from JFK, also two hours twenty minutes to get from Rui Plaza to JFK which meant we had to rush to departing gate no time for even Duty Free shopping or a cup of coffee, a shambolic service from Go Airlink from start to finish, it really was stressful and ruined holiday

The driver was on time, he was personable and friendly. The vehicle was clean and spacious. Overall very pleased my experience.

The whole of our stay in New York was a great adventure we managed to squeeze in so much would be hard to pick one out but the 9/11 museum was heart breaking and brought the suffering of so many to life
