After one evening of navigating the subway from JFK to our hotel in Manhattan, my husband and I decided to go with convenience and pay for an airport shuttle for our early morning flight. We booked very last minute, about 11:30 pm, for departure at 5:30 am. Lenny picked us up 10 minutes early and was really friendly. He was a very safe driver and got us to the airport on time. I would recommend him to anyone traveling to the airport!

On arrival at JFK for a booked transfer to a hotel in Manhattan, had to wait about 45 min at the ground transportation waiting room for the driver to arrive. 9 other passagers in the mini bus all going to different hotels so it took forever to arrive. On the return journey from Manhattan to JFK, I called one day in advance to confirm time. Operator confirmed it but then I received an email just after the call with a different time, an hour before (meaning a wait of 3 hours at the airport which is excessive). Basically, they had decided on a different pickup time to optimise their buses regardless of what had been agreed with me. Slow and unreliable all the way. I wouldn't use again.

Hi LondonSeb, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. Go Airlink NYC is a shared shuttle service that has a normal pick up every 20 minutes from each terminal. Sometimes incidents where the shuttle van would be extremely late for pick up. There are, however, times when we experience higher volumes of usage or there may be traffic causing some delays. We make an effort to offset those delays with early scheduling but still, occasionally, unforeseen circumstances cause the wait times to be longer than usual. The information that you have provided has been brought to the attention of the Go Airlink NYC manager so we may address this.

I had the most amazing experience getting to the airport from midtown Manhattan: The shuttle was a real deal at $21.00. Pick up was as promised. The driver Lenny G was professional and courteous, but what was outstanding was his driving expertise. He smoothly and effortlessly weaved in and out it traffic. It was truly amazing! Another pleasant NY memory!
