The operator had recommended being at the airport 3 hours before an international flight, buy having boarding cards already and only needing to do a bag drop, we said we would be happy to arrive 2 hours before flight. Terminal 7 is normally not at bursting point at 7pm. Our driver Lenny was courteous, making sure he had everyone on board and even searching for one passenger who was not at the allotted location. We weaved through downtown New York as workers headed home. Once we cleared the city he took a faster route through Queens than I was used to, but it got us to our destination 10 minutes ahead of schedule. That is all you can ask for! Thanks folks, will use you again.

The shared ride van drove right by me at the stop outside Grand Central and after being promised by customer service that the driver would return, he simply never did. Had to get a $45 Uber to the airport so I wouldn't miss my flight. Never received a refund and only got a generic apology email. Terrible service, would absolutely never recommend it to anyone.

Take public transportation. Never use them. They came 1h late to pick up and 30mins late to drop off from estimated time. This kind of service must be punctual with time. Some people whom I shared with was staying in van over 2h while they went around city to pick up other. They also stopped over a gas station on the way and even missed exit. Our time was stupidly wasted. I did not hear any apologies for delay eventually. After all, they are totally unreliable, unorganised and unprofessional.
