It was my second time with this company, even last time was late of 20 minutes but I would give them another try. Bad choice !!! I booked this ride on July 14, 2019 For October 14, 2019 My pick up time was At H 3:45 am to Jfk. Waited on the sidewalk for 25 minutes till 4:10 which is so bad, really so bad a customer has to wait so long for a service booked in advance and also paid in advance. Then because I couldn’t take the risk to lose my flight I had no choise that take a taxi and spent $61. I got a remind for this ride from them the day before confirming the pick up time at 3:45 Then the morning of the ride at 4:19 am after waiting so long I got an email informing me the pickup has been changed at 04:25. But I am already at the airport. So bad so bad. The only answer from there :::: we are so sorry !! I don’t need their apologies::: I wanted my money back since I didn’t use this service for their fault. I’m sure you don’t care about my complaint but this is my last time I would choose this company. Unaffordable!!
