We were picked up on time and journey took about 45 mins from Times square area to JFK. NB we had to change our pick up date twice due to cancelled flights in the wake of Hurricane Sandy and there was no problem doing this

Prompt pick-up, reasonable rates, would recommend and use this service again.

Drivers are rude and practically push you into the vehicle. Driving is scary but after 2 weeks in New York you begin to feel like that is the norm... and they'll expect a tip for this service. It was on time though and got me there so I cant complain really.
