Arrived at the airport in Newark. Was told we had to wait an hour for the van. After 1 hour 20 minutes we asked about it and were told our driver was waiting outside. Other people sharing our van were told 30 minutes and waited only 10. Transportation was fine otherwise.

Good overall. Seating at the back was a little tight as one seat in the middle was taken up with bags.
