Last week we made a trip to New York. For the return trip we booked the Airlink shuttle service to JFK airport. One day before we announced the trip by phone and learned the exact time of pickup at the selected hotel. Our driver Lenny G. picked us up punctually with a minibus. There was a problem with the ticket scanner, but Lenny took care of it and finally we got on board. After we had collected some more passengers, the journey went straight to the JFK. The journey was quick, but we also felt safe on board in the chaotic New York city traffic. Conclusion: The Airlink Transfer is a good and fast way to get from the hotel in NY to the airport. We recommend.

We choosed this company on the freestyle pass for the NYC for the transfer to the airport jkf. The driver Lenny was perfectly in time as planned. Safe and comfortable driving. Very good experience, i suggest this company.

We were impressed by Hatim from the start. He arrived early at the hotel and rang to say he was here. I missed the call as I was checking out at the time. Personally came up into the lobby to call for us. His vehicle (#1468) was the nicest I have had on Go Airlink - a new Mercedes Sprinter. Excellent first impression. The scheduling of pickups was a let down. As the first customers on the pickup route, we endured a prolonged trip from Downtown to Midtown Manhattan and back again to Downtown before crossing the Manhattan bridge. This took over an hour. What irritated us was that the final passengers to be picked-up were near Chinatown (Downtown). We should have been collected just before this couple - it would have saved 45 mins of travel time. The final leg of the journey to JFK was as expected. Hatim kindly arranged to drop us off first (Terminal 7) as we had endured the longest journey and were waning by that stage.

Our Shared Ride Shuttle standard time is a 1hr 30mins to 2hrs and we cannot control traffic, flight delays and other unforeseen circumstances that may increase travel time.
