The bad reviews for this transport company really got me scared when I was buying the tickets, but I decided to try it after all as the pick up point happens to be right outside my hotel which is super convenient for me. The price was very cheap too compared to taking a taxi of course. Driver Lenny Garcia came on time, was helpful with the bags and polite too. Dropped off at the the terminal at the stipulated time so I have no complaints at all! Please keep in mind at this the shuttle service is bound to have multiple stops to pick up passengers so if you have no patience please do not take the shuttle option.

Picked up from hotel on time at 13:00. Still in mid-town Manhattan 90 minutes later. Fifth pick-up put the vehicle over occupancy. Seats for 10 passengers with 11 passengers on the shuttle, meaning one passenger is effectively sitting on the edge of a seat with no seatbelt. As JFK is an hour from Manhattan on motorways, this is completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this shuttle service. Get the train or a NY cab. Called to complain whilst still in the shuttle and got told it had been reported to quality control! No offer to pay someone to get a cab or arrange alternative. I will be reporting to the NYC MTA.

i didn’t check out the reviews before booking and was a bit scared the moment when reading the reviews while was waiting for the pick up - but my experience was completely fine. The car arrived punctually (even 2 mins ahead), picking up one more group then head to the airport. vehicle is clean and driver is nice. the only problem is, i arrived one hour earlier than the expected time stated in my booking - but i still appreciate that i can arrive safe without any risk missing a flight. but of coz, time estimation can be improved.
