Unfortunately it is not possible to give a rating of 0 … There was no pick up from the airport and also no pick up to the airport. We payed 163$ and an additional 140$ taxi costs because Go AirLink did not make it to send a driver at all. We called several times on the arrival date and also on the departure date and the hotline promised the driver would be only 5 minutes away … 45 minutes later we called again and a quite annoyed employee promised to take care of it and send a private transfer. This driver was also supposed to arrive in about then minutes but never appeared.. For the arrival date we also received the info the driver would be on his way . After an hour of waiting the friendly airport staff called Go Airlink again to get the note that we have to wait at least 3 hours for the pick up ! We booked the pick up month before our trip started and this ā€œServiceā€œ is just unacceptable! Still waiting to get all the money back ! Will definitely not book again !

I booked for a car to take me and my family from the hotel to the airport for our 6:00am flight. The day comes and we’re waiting outside for our car for 30 minutes & no one comes! We had to get a cab ASAP to make sure we got to the airport on time. As I’m about to board I get a text saying they were still unable to locate an SUV for me and asked if I was still at my hotel, mind you when I booked I added in my flight info! If I could give a 0 rating I would. I would’ve appreciated a text the night before letting me know what was going on and not leaving me waiting outside for a car that never came. Absolutely HORRIBLE. I added a picture, they texted me at 5:29am as my flight was boarding.
