I was not able to use the shared car to the airport because the company no longer does it due to the Landry. Very disappointing since I reserved the car and wads charged.

While the shuttle was slightly delayed to pick us up, the quality of service made up for it. An actual person picked up the phone when I called to check status and verify that it was on it's way! Customer service was very helpful and pleasant. The driver was friendly and professional and had a unique, wonderful playlist with an island vibe. The ride was affordable and comfortable. Highly recommend!

If you want a comfy yet budget friendly shuttle, this is the service you can choose. Shared transfer services cost only 6$ more than LIRR+Airtrain and you just wait at your hotel's lobby to pick you. The shuttle came on time and I arrived to JFK in a perfect time to check in my luggage, eat something, strolled around shops etc.
