driver was early was just waiting for our bags and the poor guy got a ticket. Thought he was going to go insane but he was actually really nice and helpful. Very reasonable price :)

This was the first time I tried GO Airlink shuttle shared ride from Newark Airport to Manhattan and back. Both drivers were experienced and did great job. We stopped to leave/pick up the passengers cca in 4 different spots but the ride was smooth and without any issues. It took me 1 hour to get from the Newark Airport to Manhattan and the way back was a little longer cca 90 minutes. However, I strongly recommend this shuttle (my friend already tried them as well and she was happy with the ride as well).

We waited 2 hours for the van. We cancelled and I was promised a refund. I have called nine times and I get the same response. They do not care to make this right. They approved the refund but has not redited me. I would look for another service.
