ADA wheelchair accessible vehicles are available. Additional Reservations required.
Children under 3 years of age do not require a seat and travel free of charge. Children 3 years and older must have their own seat and pay full fare.
Due to local laws, drivers reserve the right to refuse any customers who do not have a car seat for infants

Heavy traffic caused me to get to the airport late. Instead of just dropping me off, Go AirLink sent another driver, Veronica Francis, to meet me at the airport, got me through security without having to wait in the long queue, made sure I made it to the right gate (United changed gates on me), and made sure I got a seat and boarded my plane before leaving. Veronica was resourceful getting me through the airport, keeping me informed, cordial and extremely empathetic. She went the extra mile to make sure I was not further delayed. Great service! Drive from airport to hotel - obviously a new driver who kept playing with his Satnav in the middle of heavy traffic & didn’t have a clue where he was going. Hotel to airport - let us know 45 mins after they were due that they’d be another 20 mins - eventually arrived 70 mins late due to heavy traffic - well what exactly did they expect on a Friday evening?! No apology just moaning that he’d only got the job 5 mins ago! DO NOT USE!

Go Airlink NYC is a shared shuttle service that has a normal pick up every 20 minutes from each terminal.
