Everything was perfect except the call charges I received from ringing the company to confirm I would be coming. You can only phone to confirm and it costs £15 from the UK to phone. I would have given this a 5 had this not happened.

Hello Hayley D, We ask that you confirm your Tour 24-48 hours before your schedule so we know you're in NYC. Many of our bookings are made months in advance. You can call from your Hotel when you're in the city or confirm via email (majority of our guests email because of roaming charges). This confirmation protects you in case your flight is delayed or cancelled and you'll be in NYC on a different date. If we know you're not coming, we can move your tour to Standby rather than mark you as No Call / No Show (thus forfeiting your Tour). Thank you.

Booked this as a surprise 60th birthday treat , it was well worth it. Weather was glorious which made the views even more amazing over the Manhattan skyline , we wasn't disappointed . Zip Aviation - Helicopter Tours & Charters are definitely a must when visiting this capital of the world. Top professional pilots and helicopters take you on a great trip overlooking all the exciting sights and experiences of the city. We had a fantastic tour (15 min) overlooking the Statue of Liberty and the city from the Hudson River.
