So I happened to wander by their location on the east river and was intrigued. I’ve never been in a helicopter and was a bit apprehensive at first but it was well worth getting over that for the amazing views. Our pilot Sean?!? Was super friendly and there was a large French group he noticed was struggling with the narration so he flipped on the French translation for them. Very thoughtful. The team at zip made everything smooth and emphasized safety. The helicopter seemed well maintained and clean with clean windows making pic taking really nice. The only low points were to $2 locker use fee... for 15 minutes of storage 😡 if you’re offering a $200-$300 tourist attraction that last 15-30 mins don’t stick it to your customers for a few extra bucks!

Hello jadvphd, Thank you for your review. Walk-in customers are always welcome! We only ask that you be flexible with your time as we may require you to come back (or wait) until the next available slots open up. We will forward to our Management Team your comment about the $2 locker fee. Cheers!

We absolutely loved every second. The people, the pilot, the experience.... Highly recommended! Because of weather conditions, the trip had to be rearranged in order for us to enjoy it and to make it safe. They were professionals, flexible and incredibly helpful. The 15min tour is enough to see the statue of Liberty and skyline of Manhattan closely with a brief tour of each thing. Very spacious, illuminated and clear views.

Yes it's expensive at around £200 per head all in with taxes and photos but it's simply the best view of Manhattan you'll ever get! We booked this a few days before leaving the UK as a special 21st birthday treat for our son and it didn't disappoint. You have to phone to confirm attendance the day before your flight and there is an airport style security check in but it was all very efficient and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The flight is only around 20 minutes but you get to see all of the Manhattan attractions from the air, worth doing as a once in a lifetime experience.

Hello Cherwell3, Thank you for your review. Great to hear that you had an unforgettable experience! You are correct, we require that you confirm your Tour 24-48 hrs prior to your scheduled flight so we can give you the latest updates like last minute Temporary Flight Restrictions due to weather or if the President is in Town. You can confirm via a phone call or even email. This will ensure you'll have a smooth, stress-free check-in. Cheers!
