The most memorable moment it was when they canceled all the flights, they didn’t care if it was your last day in town if it was a kid birthday present or anything, in top of that knowing that all of us were upset they were so rude about it telling us, “ you have 2 choices either cancel or reschedule “ So we decided to cancel and they told me that me refund will take 2 to 3 days, for real you canceled and then I have to wait for my money, I don’t think they know how to make business. O by the way to reschedule it was no time for next day, you have to wait 2 more days🤬🤬🤬🤬

Hello Nalia_R, We apologize that your Tour got Cancelled on November 4th. That was the day that we found out about a serious issue- fuel contamination. Out of an abundance of caution, we cancelled all afternoon Tours. Our helicopters were grounded to give our Maintenance Team a chance to meticulously check each one of them. Once we discovered this issue, we advised all other local operators. As a result all NYC helicopter operators followed suit and all helicopter operations in NYC were stopped. Despite the regrettable inconvenience, safety is, and always will be, our first priority. All our Helicopters were cleared to fly by Saturday, November 5th. We rescheduled about 100+ passengers to fly on November 5th. Some elected to fly the next week. We also sent out an email to let everyone know what the Options are. As soon as we Cancelled your Tour per your request, we informed Viator/Trip Advisor to process a Full Refund. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 3-5 business days to receive the money. The posting of your Refund to your account really depends on your bank or credit card company. Again, our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused you.

Headphones were not working correctly and kept cutting out, we were put sitting backwards and both felt extremely airsickness due to this and couldn’t see a lot

Hello Kirsty_S, We're very sorry to hear you did not enjoy your Tour. We fly Bell 407 Helicopters and the seat configuration is: 2 seats plus 3 seats inside the cabin facing each other. Seat assignments are based on weight and balance and this is determined when you check-in for your flight. This was the basis of why those seats were assigned to you. The Customer Service Team
