Overview

For snorkelers, we will be floating on the surface as a group on our custom built board with spotlights pointing down on these creatures swimming below. Watch as these beautiful creatures glide beneath you, performing somersaults and spins. For the certified divers, this is a really easy night dive, we will mostly be kneeling in the sand at the bottom of the ocean no deeper then 30 feet with lights above and around us.

This adventure includes all gear (mask, snorkel, fins, wet suit if requested), snacks, beverages and a delicious lunch. Also provided sunscreen and towels.

Manta Rays are gentle giants and among the most elegant creatures in all of nature. We will take you to a spot where they gather to feed in the evening. Our lights attract the plankton, and in turn the Manta Rays as they feed on these microscopic organisms. Sounds exiting? That’s because it truly is. Manta Rays are completely harmless. Went with a 10 year old and my partner. We all loved the experience. The manta rays come very close to you but you do not feel scared at all by their close presence. The whole experience seems surreal and dreamlike. Definitely a must do on a visit to the Big Island. Really enjoyed the boat ride out to the viewing spot as well. Captain Troy and assistant Joe did a great job as well!

It was awesome!! Huge Manta Ray swimming literally right under us!! Troy did a great job driving the boat- Fernando was awesome in the water. They provided everything- masks/ snorkel, wet suits, towels, rinse off after, water and a snack! It was a fantastic trip and I would go back in a heartbeat!
