Ensure a manta ray sighting on this 2.5-hour night tour. Head out in Kona, one of the best places in the world to see mantas, to see the sunset over the water before jumping in to enjoy swimming with manta rays in their underwater nighttime realm. "Manta safari" guides escort you around the site with a mobile light show that attracts these gentle and fascinating creatures. Relax on the observation deck with unobstructed viewing and plenty of room to move around. All snorkel equipment, including swimming noodles and wetsuits are included.

Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.
Collapsible-wheelchair accessible—if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own assistant.
Please note the departure time throughout the year adjusts to the sunsetting sky. Jan 1- March 31 departure time is 5:30PM and 8:30pm April 1- September 31 departure time is 6PM and 9pm, October 1- December 31 departure time is 5PM and 8pm. You will be placed where there is availability. Please call 24 hours prior to confirm departure time.
Must know how to swim to participate.

AMAZING! Seeing the mantas and even having them occasionally brush up against us was spectacular! Once in a lifetime experience!!! It was almost as if they were playing with us! Quite a few on our boat were very inexperienced with snorkeling and the ocean waves. But the guides did everything they could to help them overcome their fears and sea sickness. A wonderful experience!

Ocean Encounters were amazing! The Captain and crew really worked hard to ensure our safety and enjoyment. Without question, seeing a 14’ manta ray less than 4 inches from my face will be one of my life’s greatest memories. Tyler particularly helped my 6 year old daughter enjoy her experience, thank you Tyler!!! Well worth the money! Heartfelt mahalos from the Montana family.
