We were taken to Garden eel Cove, a far off location (45 minute boat ride) from the launch point, instead of Sheraton (where most Mantas hang out), and the reason they stated was that the water is choppy near Sheraton. However, we only ended up seeing 4 or 5 Mantas, mostly them gliding across. Partly it could be our fault, for having many amateur swimmers, because you have to keep your legs flat so that Mantas come close to you. If they see feet hanging in the water, they might swim away, to avoid getting kicked. That being said, some of the Mantas we saw were massive, and it was a unique experience. Special kudos to the guides and other tourists who helped out my wife continuously, making her feel comfortable in an otherwise scary dark ocean. We will definitely recommend this tour as it is a one of a kind experience.

Experience of a lifetime. Absolutely worth every penny. The manta rays showed up before we even got into the water and stayed until the dive was over. The crew, Makai, Alex, and Brian were so fun and super helpful which made the expirience even better. 10/10 would recommend doing this at Ocean Encounters!!

This was such an unbelievable evening. One of the mantas came and did backflips all along our boards for multiple minutes. It was so awe inspiring.
