Ensure a manta ray sighting on this 2.5-hour night tour. Head out in Kona, one of the best places in the world to see mantas, to see the sunset over the water before jumping in to enjoy swimming with manta rays in their underwater nighttime realm. "Manta safari" guides escort you around the site with a mobile light show that attracts these gentle and fascinating creatures. Relax on the observation deck with unobstructed viewing and plenty of room to move around. All snorkel equipment, including flotation devices and wetsuits, is included.

Please note the departure time throughout the year adjusts to the sunsetting sky. Jan 1- March 31 departure time is 5:30PM and 8:30pm April 1- September 31 departure time is 6PM and 9pm, October 1- December 31 departure time is 5PM and 8pm. You will be placed where there is availability. Please call 24 hours prior to confirm departure time.

Everyone at Bite Me Sportfishing was very friendly and professional. The rays come closer than you might expect. Right under your snorkel mask! Crew very helpful and mindful of those younger and with differing levels of swim abilities. Boat was larger than others we saw and did less rolling, plus more room on deck. Easy to Uber home after. Good experience you're unlikely to be able to repeat anywhere else.

Had a great time!! The captain and his crew were top notch. They were informative, friendly, and efficient. When it says bring a towel... don’t forget to bring it on the boat like I did. Lol. The ride back got a little chilly. I used my own full face snorkel but they do provide you with everything you might need. I especially appreciated the life vest and pool noodle for my feet. I’m not a good swimmer and treading water for 45 mins would have not been possible for me. The manta rays were amazing to watch!! If you have a GoPro or water safe Camera bring it. I don’t have one so the only pic I was able to get was while we were on the boat. Amazing time

This was the highlight of my trip we saw around 4 mantras and you could not wipe the smiles off our faces however if you get sea sick you do need to take precautions I cant swim however the crew were brilliant and provided noodles to help me make it from the boat to the raft I was at easy all the time in the water the service provided was great a must do
