The drivers both to/from Boston and on the vineyard were excellent. Our difficulty was the crowded buses. Both tours were packed and very tight seats, very uncomfortable and long ride back to Boston. There was a group of 12 on our trip that took all the better seats and forced the rest of us of all sizes to sit in cramped and uncomfortable seating. Too crowded to enjoy.

Thank you for your review. I apologize for the crowded buses. Our Martha's Vineyard Day trip has become one of the most popular things to do in Boston. I am glad that you thought our drivers were excellent. Again, my apologies if you weren't comfortable. Sincerely, Stephen M. Belcastro President New England Trips Inc.

The entire trip was wonderful. But I have to say our transport driver was fantastic. Jennifer was informative and absolutely hilarious. Such a skilled driver. I felt very safe with her.
