We were collected by an airy mini van and lovely driver along with a few people from our hotel, everyone was friendly. The driver stops at the services and you can have a rest break on route and then on the ferry across to Marthas vineyard. There are plenty of stops, especially when you get on the island, very good tour and you get to have a little look at most of the towns. Trip went very smoothly, we did the 3 hour island tour, would strongly recommend doing that. ON the way there and back the driver provided refreshments and cookies on the way there and crisps on the way back. marthas vineyard was lovely, could have done with an overnight stop there, so pretty.

Thank you for the FAB 5 star review. I am very happy to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed your day with us. No one does a Martha's Vineyard trip quite like New England Trips with a full 6 hours on the island, which is the perfect amount of time. We take great pride in the service that we provide to our guests and providing snacks and water is just one of our little ways of saying THANK YOU! Kind Regards, Stephen M. Belcastro President New England Trips Inc.

We got picked up promptly at our hotel in a small coach van and the driver Kristin was wonderful! So friendly and knowledgeable and had morning and afternoon snacks and water. She is a real gem! She made the trip there and back enjoyable! After the ferry ride which was good an on to the island tour we boarded a "renovated" school bus and I use the term renovated very loosely. I'll be honest I was greatly disappointed, Please know this tour is on an old school bus with roughly 50 people. Tours I have taken of other major cities have been on a small coach with about 12-16 people. I certainly should of done my homework better so I thought I'd write this revue. The island tour was good and Anthony the tour guide and driver was friendly and gave lots of info but I do have to say he was a bit hard to understand at times. All that being said the island is lovely and getting to see it was great and we were able to get to the beach for a short time also and had a great lunch at Nancy's Restaurant. I would still recommend this tour for sure just know what you are getting.

Thank you for taking the time to write this 4 Star review. I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed your time with both Kristin and Anthony as they are both wonderful at what they do. Yes, the buses provided by our island tour partner are refurbished school buses. I am sure that you were never told anything different as we never hide this fact. There are no large luxurious coach buses on the island. As a company, New England Trips will bring anywhere from 50 to 100 or more visitors to the island on a daily basis. It is just not possible for us to have 8 to 10 small vehicles giving tours of the island without drastically increasing our guests cost. Perhaps if we had one small vehicle bringing visitors to the island we could provide a small vehicle for the tour as well. Our Island tour guides Tom and Anthony are both PHENOMENAL guides that help make this tour enjoyable for all! Your recommendation is greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Stephen M.
