This is a Great way to visit MV for the day. I live just north of Boston and had my sister in town. Did a day trip in. Met at the Marriott Warf in Boston. We took a nice small coach bus to Falmouth were we picked up the ferry. Spent 6hrs in MV, jumped back on the ferry and it was great to have someone else drive us back after a long day. We did not do the tour because we wanted to be on our time. we used the bus system on the island which was easy and inexpensive. Kristin was our bus driver, very pleasant and informative. you also stop on the way and way back for a quick rest stop at an McDonalds. Great day all in all!! Definitely recommend!

Thank you for the EXCELLENT 5 Star review! Our day trips are not just for tourists, but extremely convenient for local residents as well. You certainly will not find a more convenient way (without driving yourself) to Martha's Vineyard from Boston with a full 6 hours to spend on the island. (935 am to 345 pm). It can even be more time on a weekend day when the ferry tends to leave earlier than its scheduled 900 am departure time. We greatly appreciate your high recommendation and hope to see you on another New England Trip! Sincerely, Stephen M. Belcastro President New England Trips Inc.

Truly enjoyed our day trip to MV. Sorry if I spell Elena's name wrong. Wonderful tour guide with an awesome singing voice. Picked us up promptly on time at our hotel. Had interesting facts about Boston and our tour. We were met by at the ferry on MV by a very nice guy, sorry didn't catch his name but he was from Jamaica. Very entertaining with his stories and interesting facts about things along the ride. The only downside of the tour was the AC on this bus was open windows. Being a hot humid day, needless to say the bus was a little uncomfortable and people were complaining. MV is very pretty and we enjoyed the tour. Would highly recommend. I would highly suggest getting the extended optional tour to see the island.

Thank you the 4 star review. Elaine does a wonderful job entertaining our guests with her amazing voice on the trip to the ferry. Anthony, one of our island guides also is very entertaining in his own right. Your high recommendation is greatly appreciated! Kind Regards, Stephen M. Belcastro President New England Trips Inc.

We took New England Tours to Falmouth and our bus driver was really nice! I forget her name but she had blonde hair. The bust stopped halfway to Falmouth which was nice to use the bathroom, and it stopped halfway home as well. It was cool being on the Island Queen ferry. This is a day trip that is worth it. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend paying the extra money and doing the three hour tour because it is only a day and you want to see the sights ! We tried doing the VTA and even used the app but it was overwhelming trying to get everything done and the bus rides take up A LOT of time so we didn’t get to see everything that we wanted. You can always rent a car right as you get off the boat, rent a moped or do one of their Martha’s Vineyard tours as well. We visited the gingerbread houses and went to the cottage museum which was super interesting. We also rode the oldest carousel!

Thank you for the review. The 3 hour tour is a great option if you really wish to see most of the island. It is also narrated by our island tour guides, that are the best around. I'm glad that you enjoyed the day. Sincerely, Stephen M. Belcastro President New England Trips Inc.
