I can't think of a more professional, accessible, polite, and courteous business owner than Steve. I had a few questions after I booked my trip about transportation and he was patient and thorough with his response. Our driver to the Cape was funny, knowledgeable, an EXCELLENT driver and you could eat off the floor of the van. He provided very detailed information on what to expect when we arrived and how to depart for the ferry back to the Cape. The price is incredibly reasonable, they provide water and breakfast snacks for the ride up while stopping for breakfast and an opportunity to stretch your legs. On the ride back they offer water as well and chips (even had sour cream & onion, my favorite) I took the additional tour and it was probably the best three hours of the tour. We made a few wonderful stops and, though he isn't a Marta's native, you would swear he was born and raised there! I don't think I would've experienced as much if I'd tried to tour the island on my own. I don't know when I'll return to Boston again BUT when I do, I will take advantage of any tours or services Steve offers. I read the reviews before booking the trip and what impressed me the most was how Steve professionally and politely responded to any complaints. I noticed that a lot of business owners would respond in a defensive manner or not at all. Steve, rest assured that you are indeed an exceptional individual and it was a pleasure to have the opportunity to support your business.

Thank you so much for this incredible 5 Star review! Your detailed description of our day trip could not have been more accurate. (I"m glad that you got your sour cream and onion chips) it is guests like you that make all the hard work and long hours that goes into putting these trips together on a daily basis all worthwhile. All of us here at New England Trips truly love what we do. Any business owner will tell you that you are only as good as the pepple that you surround yourself with, and I am lucky to have the team that I have. They are all truly the face of New England Trips! Thank you again for the kind words. I hope that you do someday make it back to Boston and can enjoy another one of our wonderful day trips. Sincerely Stephen M. Belcastro President New England Trips Inc.

We had a great time on our day tour of Martha’s Vineyard. Our van driver showed up on time. He was very friendly and informative. We made a potty stop both ways which was appreciated. The ferry was so scenic and was about 35 minutes. We did the 3 hour tour. I recommend this because you really get a good view of the island. We loved the town of Edgartown and the cliffs of Aquinnah were beautiful! Our tour guide was very entertaining!
