Overview

All riders must be 36 inches or taller to participate/ride submarine.

Dive 100 feet below the surface and experience Maui’s marine treasures off beautiful Lahaina with Atlantis Submarines Maui. A special added bonus of this tour experience is seeing the spectacular West Maui Mountains while riding our shuttle boat to the Maui dive site.

Stingray, yellow tang, eel, parrotfish, bluefin trevally, and an array of other marine species are seen regularly at the dive site. See firsthand how the Carthaginian, a sunken 19th century whaling brig, has combined with Mother Nature to create a fascinating artificial reef to attract and support marine life of all sizes, shapes and colors.

Total tour time is approximately 1 hour 50 minutes. Actual underwater tour time is 45 minutes

Infants are not permitted on the submarine.

I love it. The water and the fish are so beautiful. One thing that I didn’t like it was that I was a little dizzy when we switch from the furry to the submarine.

We enjoyed the adventure greatly. My 2 granddaughters thought it was so exciting. They had only been to the Atlanta aquarium, which is fantastic, but this was so much more.

This is something I've never done before. The experience was excellent. All the fish were explained by an experienced crew. All the workings of the submarine were also answered by the assistant captain who happened to be sitting next to me. He was very informative. They always had time to explain my many, perhaps stupid questions. Having never been to the ocean before this was a very comfortable way to see whats in the water.
