Overview

All riders must be 36 inches or taller to participate/ride submarine.

Dive 100 feet below the surface and experience Maui’s marine treasures off beautiful Lahaina with Atlantis Submarines Maui. A special added bonus of this tour experience is seeing the spectacular West Maui Mountains while riding our shuttle boat to the Maui dive site.

Stingray, yellow tang, eel, parrotfish, bluefin trevally, and an array of other marine species are seen regularly at the dive site. See firsthand how the Carthaginian, a sunken 19th century whaling brig, has combined with Mother Nature to create a fascinating artificial reef to attract and support marine life of all sizes, shapes and colors.

Our air-conditioned, comfortable submarine interiors offer large viewing ports, which allow guests to relax and enjoy the amazing wonders of the deep. Passengers must be capable of ascending and descending a near vertical ladder on their own to board the submarine
Total tour time is approximately 1 hour 50 minutes. Actual underwater tour time is 45 minutes
Children must be 36 inches or taller to ride the submarine
Infants are not permitted on the submarine.

This is an awesome adventure, the kids will absolutely love it. This tour takes you to the bottom of the ocean right off the coast of Maui, you descend to over 130’ Many things to see, we were lucky enough to see 7 Eagle Rays all together, very cool…!! There is a short boat ride out of the Lahaina Harbor, you then see the sub surface and once the previous passengers disembark, it’s your turn to board. There is a ladder to climb, very easy, even for young kids. If your lucky, you might even see SpongeBob down there. This is a must do when visiting Maui. Greg & Bella. Fontana, CA
