Overview

All riders must be 36 inches or taller to participate/ride submarine.

Dive 100 feet below the surface and experience Maui’s marine treasures off beautiful Lahaina with Atlantis Submarines Maui. A special added bonus of this tour experience is seeing the spectacular West Maui Mountains while riding our shuttle boat to the Maui dive site.

Stingray, yellow tang, eel, parrotfish, bluefin trevally, and an array of other marine species are seen regularly at the dive site. See firsthand how the Carthaginian, a sunken 19th century whaling brig, has combined with Mother Nature to create a fascinating artificial reef to attract and support marine life of all sizes, shapes and colors.

Our air-conditioned, comfortable submarine interiors offer large viewing ports, which allow guests to relax and enjoy the amazing wonders of the deep. Passengers must be capable of ascending and descending a near vertical ladder on their own to board the submarine
Total tour time is approximately 1 hour 50 minutes. Actual underwater tour time is 45 minutes
Children must be 36 inches or taller to ride the submarine
Infants are not permitted on the submarine.

Reece was our guide and very informative - sometimes funny with the bad dad jokes. Everyone was very safety conscious and made sure we had the best experience. It was nice the sub wasn’t crowded at our 1pm launch time. We also got a nice shot of a baby whale breaching while enroute on the shuttle boat to the sub.

This tour was very informative. Very existing to be underwater with all the aquatic life. Seen lots of fish and shark, just wish that we would have seen a whale. The tour narrator was so lively and funny. Would highly recommend this excursion

Best part was submerging and going down to over 100feet. The fish and the ship we saw were just fantastic.
