I was quite disappointed. The view and location can't be beat (right on the ocean) but the Luau itself was not worth the money. These aren't professional dancers but more on par with hotel staff who have learned a few dances. The host was more than cheesy and the food/drinks were just ok. I chose this one b/c I wanted to see the fire dancers but again, it was a short one man show. The unveiling of the traditional pig roast was so closed in that if you weren't in the front row, you were unable to see anything at all. The host needs to go - the luau was more listening to his cheesy jokes and presentations rather than the actual dancers.

We searched for the right Luau, for our first one ever, and our last night in Maui, and we are more than happy with our choice. From the welcome photos to the open bar, and getting to mingle with the performers before, we had such a fun time. Got some great pics with the performers as well. Sun set was great. Tattoos for all was a fun surprise, our 2 1/2 year old was over the moon happy. The whole evening was very well explained, and we knew exactly what was happening. Buffet was loaded with good food, and the 8 hr smoked pig, was the best. We would definitely do this again.

Good time, good food, good drinks. Was disappointed as we were moved in for weather and it never ended up raining. So don’t feel like we got the full experience as if it was outside. We were given option to reschedule but already had other plans for that night.
