Honestly one of our most memorable experiences ever. We were so happy with the whole experience, from Dave, or our “Off the Beaten Path” driver, to all of the breath-taking stops along the way. We met a few super sweet locals, hiked to a secret and secluded waterfall (my personal favorite), and enjoyed some of Maui’s most beautiful spots. Truly a paradise worth exploring, and there’s no better way to do it than a private tour with a knowledgeable driver. Can’t recommend it enough!

After reading reviews of multiple other operators, I chose this one and am so glad I did. I’m prone to mild motion sickness, but was able to sit in the front (minivan) and had full control of the AC, so I was fine. Also, there are few operators that take you on the backside, like this company does. And since we were the only people on the tour, we were able to customize and do only what we’re interested in- no unnecessary stops and more time at places we enjoyed. TIP- if you’re interested in black sand beach, let them know in advance since reservations are required.

Let me start by saying this is the best way to do the Road to Hana. Sarah was our guide and she was amazing to talk to and get to know. She provided all the snacks, water, etc. which was a really nice touch and she showed us all the things that I’m certain we would’ve missed had my wife and I just drove it ourselves. The greatest part is that since Sarah handled the driving we did the full loop which means taking the back road to Hana. That is worth the price of admission because it provided some of the best photo opportunities vs. doing the out and back on the “normal” route. We were here to celebrate our long overdue honeymoon and would definitely recommend this trip to anyone interested in thinking about it. My wife and I got an extremely personal one of a kind experience, Thank You Sarah for all your insight, knowledge, pictures and for taking such good care of us.
