WE HAVE TWO BOATS ON OPPOSITE SIDES OF THE HARBOR. MAKE SURE YOU ARE PARKING AND CHECKING IN AT THE RIGHT LOCATION AS IT IS A LONG WALK TO THE OTHER SIDE.

Amazing experience snorkeling! We saw plenty of fish and a few sea turtles as well. The food and drinks were wonderful and so was every crew member on the boat! Definitely would recommend!!

The tour is 12 mi from cruise dock. We could not call when the ship was at see. We talked to them at 7:45 and asked them to hold off leaving till 8:15. We had a cab ready. They said “ It would not be fair to the other guests “. I will never book with them again, and you should not weather.

12 miles from the harbor from where you were docked and called us from, is a 25 minute drive, not 15 minutes. Furthermore, it was actually 7:55 when you called and all of our other guests who arrived at 7:15 and had already been waiting at the harbor to get underway at 8:00 AM, would have been very upset with us if we held the boat until 8:20 for two extra passengers. We are sorry you missed the boat, though inconveniencing a boat full of other guests by waiting for you, would have made for a very bad day for everyone else. Sorry you do not understand the importance of our decision not to bum out all of our other guests.

The boat, the pride of Maui, was a great boat for this experience. Service, cleanliness, education, and crew were wonderful.
