WE HAVE TWO BOATS ON OPPOSITE SIDES OF THE HARBOR. MAKE SURE YOU ARE PARKING AND CHECKING IN AT THE RIGHT LOCATION AS IT IS A LONG WALK TO THE OTHER SIDE.

Very Nice crew and snorkeling spots were well chosen though we left a bit late and came back quite early with a lunch a bit too early for my taste. It could be better in terms of food.

Once in a while guests are stuck in traffic, or parking in the harbor, and we will wait for them, up to 5 minutes past the scheduled departure time. Any time this occurs, we will return to the harbor up to 5 minutes later than the scheduled return time. Ours is a 5-hour snorkel excursion which is plenty of time to visit two snorkel destinations, spend an hour and a half in the water at each location, and enjoy a freshly prepared BBQ lunch just before noon, followed by opening the bar and heading back to the harbor by 1:00 PM.

This was a great experience! The food, staff and overall experience was fantastic!! Staff was knowledgeable about Hawaii in general and gave lots of specifics to the area we were going to. Highly recommend.

Had a great time. Although should know shaded seating is limited. We were disappointed couldn’t snorkel with the turtles but had no desire to meet Tiger sharks up close and personal. The Carter was fun. Seeing all the whales was awesome.
