I have booked with this company twice now and both times have been horrible. I was hopeful giving them another chance and it was worst than the first time. I left feeling very ripped off and will never use them again. I have a time share here in Maui and bring a lot of friends and family to Maui with us and I will make sure that my friends and family never book with this charter. Both times I never made it to the Molokini crater only to find out other charters that day made it. I don’t think they ever planned on going to the crater. We went snorkeling 10 minutes from the harbor. I was not impressed at all. If you are thinking of booking with the charter DO NOT book with them. It’s a rip off and they charge much more than other charters and you don’t get what you paid for. I am sad that there are charters out there that are in it for the money and not the experience for the people. The pulled the slide out to only kill time and they rescheduled me from a beautiful day to a crappy weather day due to broken rail but still allowed people to walk around the railing. I could go on forever but the moral of this review is use any other charter than this one because you will leave feeling used and ripped off. I paid over $800 for me and my daughter and my Mother and mother in law to go and it was their first time here in Maui and they were very discouraged with this adventure and wished we booked with anyone else. Be very cautious booking with these guys. And the food they offer is just mediocre. Worst experience ever..

This was a great trip with the family. The weather was a bit windy so we could not stay at Molokini crater as long as the crew would have liked. At the next location we had ample time to snorkel around and the kids were able to go on the inflatable slide numerous times. We also went around looking for whales and came across one. The crew was friendly and nice - wonderful experience all around.

Amazing experience. The crew was very helpful, especially since my wife doesn't know how to swim. They made sure that she felt safe all the time. The caption took us to a different spot for turtle watching (not the standard turtle town) and it was indeed really pretty. Personally i felt it was a better spot than molokini. We saw plenty of different kinds of fishes and swam with turtles on this trip!
