Overview

This experience takes you on a scenic day trip that showcases the best of Maui’s craft breweries. Each brewery is unique, offering you several different styles of beer. Try your favorites and bring some home with you for later. We take you on a personal tour of all three local breweries, with a flight of beer at each stop, a delicious lunch and heavy appetizers. We do all the driving, so all you need to do is enjoy the great food and amazing craft beer. The ride between breweries will take you through some of Maui’s most gorgeous scenery. In the winter, there's even a good chance you can see humpback whales!

What To Expect

Kohola Brewery

You will receive a full tour of Kohola Brewery by one of Kohola's very own team members. Learn how they create the clean, easy drinking and well balanced beers they are known for such as the Lokahi Pilsner, Talk Story Pale Ale, Mean Bean Coffee Stout, Pineapple Blonde, the WaterMan IPA, Lahaina Haze and Red Sand Amber Ale. After the tour you will get to select a custom flight of beer and enjoy it with the rest of your private group in the tasting room.

Maui Brewing Company

After a beautiful (45) minute ride from Waikiki Brewing (be sure to keep an eye out for Humpback Whales during the winter months) you will arrive at Hawaii's largest craft brewery and Maui's flagship brewery: Maui Brewing Company! Here you will enjoy a tour of the brewery and the beautiful grounds that make up Maui Brew Co. After the tour you can relax in the beautiful open air atmosphere and enjoy your meal (lunch and dinner tours both feature your choice of a pizza, burger or veggie burger) and of course, another flight of delicious beer! Maui Brew Co has a great perch shop so be sure to check out their shirts, hats, growlers etc. This is also your last opportunity to use the restroom before we had back to Lahaina (45 minute drive). Once this portion of the tour is complete its back into the Sprinter van as we make the beautiful drive back to historic Lahaina.

Excellent tour! On a very rainy day in Maui, which is rare according to all the locals we asked, we were expertly guided by Dustin on this 3-brewery tour. He was a wealth of knowledge and shared his interesting personal experiences and helpful information. We had only one other couple with us on the tour, which was great and made it feel more intimate than it would have been with a larger number of folks. The food was very filling and delicious, especially at Waikiki Brewing. Dustin was accommodating in letting us stay at the last stop since our hotel was closer to Lahaina than the main Maui Brewing location. George was very informative at Maui Brewing, the first stop. There was not a formal tour at Kohola, and a small tour given by Dustin at Waikiki, as it was the smallest location. There are cocktails, seltzers, ginger and root beers, and kombucha options available throughout the tour for non-beer drinkers. Scott was very communicative with us since we were the only couple booked on the tour for a while and gave us options in case there were no additional bookings. I would recommmend this tour to others, even if not beer drinkers! There is something for everyone.

This is the best addition to our vacation. We went to Maui for our honeymoon and thought this was a great addition to it. The stress free and fun of not having to drive learning a lot, being with other people, and being able to ask questions and getting so much knowledge was amazing! So worth it! The tour guy knew a lot and was so helpful and accommodating! We had a blast and honestly didn’t want it to end!
