This is my first whale-watching tour, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I will tell you that if I ever do this again, the standard has been set and it is a tall standard indeed, thanks to Redline Rafting!! Pros: - Top-of-the-line equipment. The boat and all equipment look to be in tip-top shape! If they're not new(er), they look like it! - The staff. If you want kind, friendly, curtious, knowleadgle staff, who aim to make your experience a memorable one and provide the best hospitality that can be given on a raft, than you will find them on Redline! - The accomodations. We went on a whale watching tour with Redline and also on the 5 hour snorkling tour. Both tours, the boat was well-equipped with what was needed for everyone to be comfortable and partake in the experience. Cons: There has to be something right? I mean, there is always room for improvement... right? Honestly, I did not leave (either) experience feeling like they could have done something better. And my tip reflected that! ;-) All-in-all... I don't have any precise comparisons to (really) fairly judge this experience. I can say however that when it comes to hospitality, value and overall guest experience (no matter the venue or activity), Redline provides a world class endeavor!
