We had chosen this agency as a 'last chance' as all the others were full on the chosen day. And thank goodness ! We spent less than the others, he took us up calmly and was very good at explanations, both technical and astronomical. Being an amateur astronomer (as well as a geologist) I can say that he was certainly prepared. If necessary it provides blankets and jackets, but my recommendation is to avoid arriving at 4200+ meters unprepared, with the wind the wind chill is felt. Although in Hawaii, a down jacket and gloves and fleece are often necessary to avoid seeing the sunset from inside the vehicle. In fact we were the only ones (or almost) to stay outside until dark, while those in flip flops (sic) in the van. The view is spectacular from the top. Recommended.
