I accidentally made a booking for this trip on May 16th at 6:00 pm EST for a tour on May 16th 1:30 pm Hawaii time through viator . Realized the mistake within half an hour that the booking I made was wrong but the H2O tour operator does not give me a refund and only gives me an option to reschedule to a later time . My trip is not until 2 weeks later and in this Covid time it could get changed for any unforeseen circumstances . I am deeply upset that the tour operator has trapped me on this while every activity that you try to book in Hawaii gives you an option to cancel upto 24 hours before . Viator customer care told they cannot do anything about it as the payment has been processed although most websites does not even give you an option for same day or 30 mins before booking like was allowed on this website which caused the issue .
