Everything is set to extract more money from you, use of Goggles $10, when they could have told you to bring your own and it is needed, Applepay / Zelle set up for tips, long wait for activities, 4 minutes on parasailing after one hour wait.

Aloha: Parasail rides are about 6 minutes; I did check your video and it was over 6 minutes. Sometimes people need extra time and we can run later than we would like. Safety first!
