Seven Birches Winery, located within the grand new Riverwalk Resort at Loon Mountain, in the White Mountains of NH, is hand-crafting classic European grape varietals and locally sourced fruits into wines of distinction.

With this being my first visit to a winery I learn alot more than I expected. From what type of woods is best for barrels to the specific blends that go into making some of the amazing wines we tasted.

Nate was great! I would recommend taking the tour for the full wine experience. We will be coming back for their expansion & upcoming events for their wine club members

Nathan, the Assistant Wine maker, was very knowledgeable. The open 2 way conversation was very relaxed. Nathan presented wines and provided background information for each wine. Very enjoyable experience! Highly recommend!
