Seven Birches Winery, located within the grand new Riverwalk Resort at Loon Mountain, in the White Mountains of NH, is hand-crafting classic European grape varietals and locally sourced fruits into wines of distinction.

Mark was very informative, engaging, and passionate about the wine-making process. I found the samples to be very tasty and had to buy 3 bottles to bring home.

Mark was an exceptinal tour guide and catered our expeience around the questions that our group had. He took us through the process from getting the grapes to bottling and labling. On the tour we tried 6 of the wines he produced and left with a bottle of each. I would highly recomend this tour if you’re in the area.
