Seven Birches Winery, located within the grand new Riverwalk Resort at Loon Mountain, in the White Mountains of NH, is hand-crafting classic European grape varietals and locally sourced fruits into wines of distinction.

The tour was fun and interesting. Instead of just relaying facts about wine/wine making, it was interactive, and everyone asked questions. Nathan, who lead the tour, was very knowledgeable. The wines were good, they also make ciders, and mead.

Just finished meeting Winemaker Nathan and cannot say enough positive remarks about the experience. Highlights: - very relaxed (yet knowledgeable) approach promoted learning through dialog and interaction across all participants - his passion shines through in his mannerisms and openness to any questions with honest answers - our small group varied in wine experience and curiosity, Nathan’s approach accommodates all interest levels This winemaker prides himself on staying current, keeping it fresh, combining curiosity and free spirit to continuously create new libations. Thank you Nathan for a great session, we will be back!
