Seven Birches Winery, located within the grand new Riverwalk Resort at Loon Mountain, in the White Mountains of NH, is hand-crafting classic European grape varietals and locally sourced fruits into wines of distinction.

Nathan the winemaker, was very knowledgeable and a great host. Being from the West Coast where grapes are plentiful it was interesting to learn about Steven Birches process.
