Seven Birches Winery, located within the grand new Riverwalk Resort at Loon Mountain, in the White Mountains of NH, is hand-crafting classic European grape varietals and locally sourced fruits into wines of distinction.

Nathan was tour guide. Very informative. Good details on the winemaking process. He’s knowledgeable. That said, standing in the same spot for over an hour may be something to look at for improvement. Also, a more structured tour that is a bit more dynamic would have taken what was just ok to the memorable level.

Thank you for this feedback. We are in the process of expanding our winery to a much larger facility and can't wait to give more of a walking tour. We call this our "Meet the Winemakers" tour because it is a bit different than the usual winery tour and most people really like the in-depth conversation on winemaking and tasting with the winemakers. We hope you come back once we open our new winery in 2024. No doubt, the tour then will be more what you expected.

Lots of fun and personal…the wine is great and you get to ask any questions you may have. We stopped over at Rhythm after and had some cider and Meade too!
