We had a great time on the float trip. Big shout out to Shawn our tour guide. He was very skilled, informative and just a fun guy. We were sad when it was over!

Our guide, Skyler, was awesome. He shared his knowledge of the river, the glacier, and the surrounding wildlife. You could tell he enjoyed his job and sharing in the experience. The lake, glacier, and river was beautiful and peaceful. Overall our trip was a great experience and we will recommend it to other folks.

We enjoyed the staff from Dan who picked us up from the port to Sean who was our guide. However, we weren’t that excited by the experience. My 21 year old twin sons and I were hoping for more. We saw the Mendenhall glacier from a distance which was a disappointment. We were hoping for a more close up view. The raft ride was pretty boring except for the few minutes where we experienced some waves. All in all, the excursion was not one that we would recommend unless you just wanted a relatively boring boat ride.
