Bus driver was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We saw salmon! The glacier and waterfall were great.

Had a bit of difficulty trying to figure out which service was the Viator vendor, but got it right with the first vendor I asked. The ride was comfortable and the driver informative. Close to the pier and worth the price.

Shuttle service was ok, we had a hard time finding them. They should put something like a sign, colorful flag or anything... there are so many buses and tour buzzing around with all look alike names, we felt stress to find them and had to ask many persons. Was super nice to have as much time as we like at the Glacier.
