I feel like the lower reviews are basically like "I actually hate art and hate having fun and want to be spoonfed the experience like a baby." I had already been to House of Eternal Ruin (Meow Wolf's Santa Fe location), and I'm excited af for Convergence Station (Meow Wolf's Denver location), so I guess I knew what I was getting into... But I had no idea what House of Eternal Ruin was going to be like the first time I went (I thought it was going to be a bowling alley lol) and it was spectacular! Omega Mart is like that! It isn't something you need to know anything about to enjoy. Do you want to see it as a quirky place to take Instagramable photos? Do that! Do you want to admire the work of amazing artists? Do that! Do you want to slide down slides? Talk to the "store employees" (actors) and pretend you're truly in a store like that? Browse the products? Do that! If you want to dive further, there is mystery to solve. House of Eternal Ruin has one too (I think they might be connected...) and I'll be shocked if Convergence Station doesn't. Meow Wolf be like that! Meow Wolf is a company whose goal is to make interesting experiences for people, and Omega Mart is no exception. The poor reviews here are really disheartening; I feel like they're the same people who think they can't enjoy theme parks or escape rooms because apparently the only things adults are allowed to do is drink and gamble. If you are a sad boring person that can't handle whimsy, Omega Mart isn't for you. But if you want a cool experience? Check it out! Also, a note for people with disabilities - while there are crawling spaces and slides and stairs, my group was able to see basically everything without having to access these, since things are connected in different ways. Keep in mind that while there are silly signs, real signs are also made clear (for example, information on who shouldn't use the slides). And while the "store employees" and "researches" are actors in character, they will help you if you need help! And outside of that, talk to them anyways! You might get clues about the story! I was talking to a "store employee" and when the store music changed he froze in place, which helped some things click together. I had a great time, even though my group didn't solve everything, I had fun and hope to visit again to be able to put together more story. I love my little plush spray bottle with legs, my "Who told you this was butter?!" cleaner, and my car air freshener that smells like "verbal agreement."

Thank you so much for the love and support!! We are so happy you enjoyed House of Eternal Return and Omega Mart and we hope to welcome you to our Convergence Station in Denver soon too, to find out if there are connections between the three locations.

Checked out a very unusual place in Vegas today. This looks like a grocery store but it’s actually not! (It’s all an illusion lol). If you explore the store thoroughly, you’ll find multiple secret paths to the reality of this illusion. Once you find the secret corporate headquarters, you can hack into their systems to learn the story of this interactive self-guided mystery maze. The grocery store was fun to explore in of itself. Lots of bizarre products that you can actually buy I think. If you explore this maze thoroughly enough, there’s even a bar to enjoy here lol. My favorite thing to do was to find all the secret paths inside the grocery store to get to the ā€œupside downā€ part of the maze. For example, when exploring the grocery store, you can open the coca cola fridge and then suddenly discover a secret passage way that takes you inside some weird trippy places. There are a lot of secrets paths to find, mysteries to solve, games to interactive with, slides to slide on, secret areas to climb, a bar to find, and a lot of funny games inside the grocery store. This place was a very unique experience. It reminded me of Teamlab Borderless in Tokyo, Japan. I gave it 4 stars because I was comparing it to Teamlab Borderless. Omega Mart was amazing! I believe it initiates potential to be even better! Some things I’d like to see improvement on might be things like having more clear goals to achieve and mysteries to solve, giving a sense of progression and rewards for achieving things? For example, some secret rooms can only be accessed if you have a password that you get from hacking one of the computers. Having things to find, having things to look for would be cool! And you can be rewarded with new rooms to access and brag about to your friends who couldn’t find them. Instead of all the senseless and random games in the area, why not create puzzles to beat? When you beat them, you get a piece of a code you need to access a room. Or how about visiting a room and you find a piece of a clue you need to solve a mystery or to help fill in a passcode you need to get to a secret room? I love the progression from getting out of the grocery store illusion to the secret headquarters, but unfortunately the progression kind of ends there. After that, there’s just random games and things to see. Still cool, but there’s potential to be EVEN cooler! Excited to see future installments like this!

Far too expensive not worth mentioning everything had to be paid extra the mega Mart should once again close the holiday fund. On the next Vegas visit we will rather go out to eat well than revisit these attractions we were three and were disappointed all along the line. Sincerely, R.V.
